Including, but not limited to, bathrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, common areas, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms,

and basements.

Disinfectant fogging also available, ideal for sanitation and epidemic prevention.

Floor cleaning

sweeping and mopping included. carpet shampooing and Polish & protectant of hardwood floors available as an add-on service.

*Window Washing

(Add-on) Streak-free cleaning of property windows and glass doors.

Garbage Disposal

Emptying of all trash receptacles on property.

High/low dusting & surface cleaning

Surface wiping/cleaning and sanitization of all surfaces. Please Note:

We do not re-organize or

de-clutter areas, surfaces, or drawers OR MOVE HEAVY FURNITURE.

Disinfecting and Sanitizing included with every contract.
